Terms

Last updated: August 2026.

These terms govern your use of braḥ. By using the application, you agree to them.

Who can use braḥ

You must be 18 or older. By using braḥ you confirm that you are.

What braḥ is not

braḥ is a conversational application for thinking through relationships. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for any of them.

If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. See our crisis protocol for crisis resources.

What braḥ says

braḥ is powered by an AI language model. Its replies are generated, not written by a person, and they can be wrong, incomplete, or unhelpful. Treat them as one perspective to think with — not as instruction, diagnosis, or professional guidance. Decisions you make about your life and relationships remain yours.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion is permanent.

Acceptable use

Do not use braḥ to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the service for others. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.

Deleting your braḥ account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately through Apple.

Availability

We aim to keep braḥ running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to delete your data.

Our content

The braḥ name, application, and design are ours. Your conversations are yours; we claim no ownership of what you write.

Liability

braḥ is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.
